L for... Local !

Si you have a development project

-> interior

-> outside

-> construction

-> extension ... heightening?

in La Rochelle, île de Ré, Marais Poitevin, Bergerac ?

-> Efficient (comfortable, economical, relevant to specific constraints ...)

-> Ecological (natural, bio-sourced, local, autonomous, solar passive ...)

-> Heritage (old buildings, cachet, craftsmanship, avoiding pathologies of old walls, neat, coherent, preserving the (sentimental?) Value of the property ...)

You can contact La Canadienne, a tailor-made support solution for exceptional projects that combine all those traits, just like you want !

We know how to listen to your needs and dreams, translate them into personalized support, ranging from consulting visits, sketches, technical choices, to the choice of comfortable and aesthetic materials, up to the complete finishing touches of the project.

Always under the common thread of respect for occupants, sites, buildings;

because comfort & ecology, health & technicality, must find the right balance, each time quite differently !

This requires a global vision and detailed knowledge of the impacts of iterations and technical/esthetic choices: you can rely on us to support you and facilitate the project at each stage.

La Canadienne works in a multidisciplinary team, very often with the other members of the Trait d'union Collective, architects, landscapers, decorators; and with all other actors : skilled, reliable craftsmen who know how to apply healthy and natural materials, other designers or specialized engineering firms...

We can put together a great team for you, the choice will be yours!

Do you wish to know more?

Since 2019, we have coached clients in their choice of property, reported on comparative potential of buildings, designed nature-themed shops, assisted in the creation of an eco-district and eco-subdivision, coop-erative projects, etc.! And mostly family home projects from A-Z, eco-friendly and in high-stake sites (Architectes des Batiments de France sites, coastal areas, etc.),

And the founder Emily Blier Peterson, graduated in 2011 as an ADE ( architecte diplômée d'état, non inscrite à L'Ordre) , previously worked in an architectural firm, an urban planning agency, as a consultant in heritage buildings, advice to communities ... She teaches for Soigner l'Habitat , the training of 'old-building generalist': Habitologue (a funny neologism by the author Claude Lefrançois)

Targeted but varied skills for the benefit of your projects !
